The Celebration Edit creates styled room-based celebrations in Ashford, Kent, designed for the moments people remember.

From baby showers and gender reveals to birthday brunches, bridal showers, engagement celebrations and intimate private parties, our celebration room at Evegate Artisan Business Park gives you a beautiful space to gather, celebrate, take photos, share food and enjoy the occasion properly.

We prepare the room before you arrive and clear down afterwards, so you can focus on the people, the memories and the reason you are celebrating.

Some celebrations deserve more than a table in a busy restaurant or a plain room you have to decorate yourself.

The Celebration Edit offers a warm, flexible upstairs celebration room with soft styling, thoughtful details and a relaxed, personal feel. Our space can be adapted for baby showers, gender reveals and private celebrations, with packages that include room hire, styling, setup and clear-up.

Depending on your chosen package, your celebration can also include mocktails, grazing, cupcakes, a photo corner, a balloon arch, games, a hamper, cake table styling and personalised add-ons.

Celebrate the parent-to-be with a styled baby shower that feels thoughtful, relaxed and beautifully put together.

Our baby shower packages can include soft room styling, games, a parent-to-be hamper, tea and coffee, mocktails, grazing, cupcakes, photo corners and themed styling such as Baby Blue, Blush Pink, Sage & Cream, Neutral Baby, Moons & Stars, Wonderland, Teddy Bear and Baby in Bloom.

Gather your favourite people for a gender reveal party that feels soft, stylish and personal.

Our gender reveal celebrations can include pink and blue styling, neutral reveal details, prediction cards, cupcakes, mocktails, cake table styling, photo moments and custom reveal touches. We keep the styling elegant and intentional rather than loud or overdone.

The Celebration Edit is also available for private parties and smaller celebrations, including birthday brunches, bridal showers, engagement celebrations, naming day gatherings, friendship brunches and intimate family events.

Private celebrations can be styled around the occasion, with options for florals, table styling, cake and fizz setups, grazing, mocktails, guest books, memory jars, photo corners and custom colour palettes.

Our styling is designed to feel soft, curated and intentional.

For baby showers and gender reveals, you can choose from themes such as Baby Blue, Blush Pink, Sage & Cream, Neutral Baby, Moons & Stars, Wonderland, Teddy Bear, Baby in Bloom or Custom Styling.

For private parties, we offer more adult styling directions such as The Social Edit, The Brunch Edit, The Floral Edit, The Luxe Neutral Edit, The Blush Social Edit, The Cake & Fizz Edit, The Golden Hour Edit, The Keepsake Edit and The Custom Edit.

Whether you want something calm and neutral, soft and floral, playful and pretty, or elegant and grown-up, we can help shape the room around the feeling you want for the day.

Depending on your chosen package or add-ons, your celebration may include a self-service mocktail station, grazing table, cupcakes, sweet treats, alcohol-free fizz, cake table styling or external catering coordination.

Customers are welcome to bring their own cake, provided we are informed in advance. Customers may also bring their own food with prior agreement.

The Celebration Edit does not sell, supply or serve alcohol. Customers may request permission to bring their own alcohol, but this must be agreed in writing before the event and remains subject to venue rules, responsible consumption and our right to refuse.

Our celebration room is located upstairs and is accessed via an outdoor spiral staircase. Because of this, the room is not suitable for wheelchair access or pram access.

There are two toilets available on site, along with kitchen facilities including a sink, wash basin, fridge, freezer and kettle.

Guests cannot enter the room before the booked room hire start time, as setup may still be taking place. Guests are welcome to gather in the large car park before the event begins.

All bookings are enquiry-first.

This means you send us your preferred date, event type, guest number, package interest and styling ideas, and we check availability before confirming what is possible.

A 30% deposit is required to reserve your date once availability has been confirmed.

The deposit is non-refundable, but it can be transferred once to a new available date if at least 1 month’s written notice is given.

The final balance is due no later than 14 days before the event.
