At The Celebration Edit, our packages are designed to give you a clear starting point for your celebration. Whether you are planning a baby shower, gender reveal, birthday brunch, bridal shower, engagement gathering, naming day or private party, the process stays simple.

Our packages are built around styled room hire at our celebration space in Ashford, Kent. Each package gives you a set amount of room hire time, a guest limit, styling level, setup, clear-up and core inclusions. From there, you can add details such as food, drinks, cake table styling, balloon features, guest books, memory jars, personalised signs, hampers or custom styling depending on the celebration.
This means your event can stay simple and intimate, or become a fuller styled experience with more detail, more food, more decoration and a stronger visual setup.
How our packages work
Our packages are not rigid one-size-fits-all party plans.
They are starting points.
Each package includes a base level of room hire, styling and setup. The final celebration is then shaped by your event type, guest number, styling choices and any extras you would like to add.
Designing your experience is simple.
Base Package + Guest Numbers + Styling + Add-Ons = Your Celebration Experience
This allows us to keep our pricing clear while still giving you flexibility.
For example, a baby shower may focus on games, a parent-to-be hamper, mocktails and a soft photo corner.
A birthday brunch may focus more on cake table styling, grazing, drinks, florals and a relaxed social setup.
A bridal shower may include a guest book station, blush styling, cupcakes, mocktails and a styled photo area.
A gender reveal may include reveal styling, prediction cards, cupcakes, a cake table or a balloon feature.
The package gives the structure. The details make it yours.
Our Packages
Your Guests
Each package includes guests up to the stated package limit. Additional guests can then be added, subject to availability and package suitability, up to a maximum of 22 guests in total. Additional guests can be added for £20 per guest.
Your styling options
The level of styling depends on the package selected.
Little Moments includes softer styling.
Signature includes enhanced styling.
Luxe includes fuller styling with a stronger feature setup.
Custom styling is available with at least 2 weeks’ notice and may be quoted separately depending on what is required.
Add-Ons
Add-ons allow you to shape your celebration beyond the base package.
You may wish to add more styling, extra food and drink, personalised details, games, keepsakes or a more complete photo area.

Food, Drinks and Cake
Food and drink inclusions depend on the package and any add-ons selected.
The Signature Edit includes a self-service mocktail station, grazing table and cupcakes.
The Luxe Edit includes enhanced versions of these food and drink details.
Cupcakes and Grazing tables are also arranged through an external partner where included or added.
Customers are welcome to bring their own cake, but we must be informed in advance. We can lay out a cake stand or style a cake table where agreed.
Customers may also bring their own food with prior agreement. Any food brought by customers remains their responsibility, including storage, serving, allergens and suitability for guests.
The Celebration Edit does not sell, supply or serve alcohol. Customers may request permission to bring their own alcohol, but this must be agreed in writing before the event and remains subject to venue rules, responsible consumption and our right to refuse.
Which package should you choose?
Choose Little Moments Edit if…
You want a small, simple and softly styled celebration for up to 6 guests.
This is best if you want the room to feel pretty and prepared, but you do not need food, drinks, cupcakes, grazing or a larger photo setup included.
Choose The Signature Edit if…
You want a fuller celebration with enhanced styling, food, drinks, cupcakes and a photo corner included.
This is the best choice for most events because it gives the room a more complete feel while still keeping the celebration relaxed and manageable.
Choose The Luxe Edit if…
You want the most styled and visually complete package, with stronger room styling, a balloon arch, enhanced food and drink details and a more photo-led setup.
This is best for larger celebrations or events where the styling is a major part of the experience.
