Based at Evegate Artisan Business Park in Ashford, Kent, The Celebration Edit offers a styled celebration room for baby showers, gender reveals and intimate private gatherings. Our focus is simple: to create beautiful, relaxed and personal celebrations that feel thoughtful from the moment guests arrive.
We are not a generic party hire company, and we are not simply a room with decorations added. The Celebration Edit is built around the idea that the setting matters. The details matter. The feeling in the room matters.
Because long after the day has passed, those little moments become the memories people keep.
Why The Celebration Edit Was Created
The Celebration Edit began with a simple belief: people need beautiful spaces to come together.
In a world where everyone is busy, and celebrations can quickly become stressful or overcomplicated, we wanted to create something softer. A place where the room is ready, the styling is thought through, the games are prepared, the table feels pretty, and the parent-to-be or guest of honour can simply walk in and enjoy being celebrated.
Behind the brand is over 15 years of experience creating memorable experiences for people. That experience shaped the way The Celebration Edit was built: not as a loud party service, but as a warm, styled and memory-led celebration space.
Our aim is to give customers that lovely feeling of walking into a room and thinking, “This is exactly what I hoped for.”

The room has a character of its own, with light flooring, high ceilings, wooden beams and a warm upstairs setting that can be transformed for different celebration styles.
It can feel soft and neutral for a calm baby shower, playful and pretty for a blush pink celebration, magical for a Moons & Stars theme, cosy for a Teddy Bear setup, or beautifully floral for a Baby in Bloom event.
We use the room as a flexible canvas, styling it with thoughtful details such as table décor, balloons, soft fabrics, flowers, games, hampers, photo corners, welcome signs, mocktail stations, grazing displays and keepsake touches depending on the package selected.
The room is designed for intimate celebrations rather than large events. This allows the experience to feel more personal, more relaxed and more connected.

Our core baby shower packages are built around fixed package pricing, with guest numbers included depending on the package. This keeps everything clear and simple while still allowing room for add-ons and personal details.
Whether you choose Little Moments Edit, The Signature Edit or The Luxe Edit, the idea is always the same: a celebration that feels beautiful, easy and carefully prepared.
What you can expect
When you enquire with The Celebration Edit, we will check your preferred date, guest number, package interest and styling theme before confirming what is possible.
All bookings are enquiry-first because every celebration is slightly different. This allows us to make sure the room, timing, package and details are right before your booking is confirmed.
A 30% deposit is required to reserve your date. The deposit is non-refundable, but it can be transferred once to a new available date if at least 1 month’s notice is given.
Our service is styled room only. This means we prepare and style the room before your arrival, and we take care of the clear-up afterwards. The event itself is not a fully hosted party, giving you the freedom to enjoy the room privately with your guests.
A Note On Access
Transparency is important to us.
Our celebration room is located upstairs and is accessed via an outdoor spiral staircase. Because of this, the room is not suitable for wheelchair access or pram access.
Babies do not count as guests, but children do. Children remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian throughout the event.
Guests are not permitted to enter the room before the booked room hire start time, as setup may still be taking place. Guests are welcome to gather in the large car park before the event begins.
There are two toilets available on site, along with kitchen facilities including a sink, wash basin, fridge, freezer and kettle.
We would rather be clear from the beginning so every customer can decide whether the space is right for their celebration.
