Visiting the Room

Our celebration room is located upstairs at The Oast, within Evegate Artisan Business Park.

Guests are not permitted to enter the room before the booked room hire start time, as setup may still be taking place. However, guests are welcome to gather in the large car park before the event begins.

There are two toilets available on site, along with kitchen facilities including a sink, wash basin, fridge, freezer and kettle.

Accessibility Notice 

Transparency is important to us.

Our celebration room is located upstairs and is accessed via an outdoor spiral staircase. Because of this, the room is not suitable for wheelchair access or pram access.

Babies do not count as guests, but children do. Children remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian throughout the event.

If you or your guests have any access needs, please let us know before booking so we can be clear about whether the room is suitable for your celebration.

Parking

Evegate Artisan Business Park has a large car park that guests can use when attending a celebration.

Guests may gather in the car park before the event start time, but the room itself will only be available from the agreed room hire start time.
