Our baby shower packages are designed around fixed package pricing rather than per-person party pricing. This means you are booking a styled room experience with clear guest numbers, clear inclusions and optional add-ons if you would like to personalise the celebration further.

We offer three baby shower packages: Little Moments Edit, The Signature Edit and The Luxe Edit.

Each package includes 3–4 hours room hire, setup and clear-up, use of the Bluetooth speaker, baby shower games, a tea and coffee station, styled room details and a parent-to-be hamper.

Games are included in every baby shower package. We keep the games warm, simple and guest-friendly, so they add to the celebration without taking over the whole event.

Please note that Guess the Baby Photo requires photos to be provided before the event, so this game may need advance planning.

Each baby shower package includes a hamper for the parent-to-be, matched to the package tier.

The hamper is designed to feel thoughtful and giftable, with a mixture of comfort items, treats, keepsakes and baby items.

Depending on the package selected, hampers may include items such as herbal tea, chocolate or sweet treats, fragrance-free hand cream, gentle skincare, cooling foot care, baby socks, muslin cloths, baby keepsake items, prediction cards, advice cards, memory pouches, gift boxes, candles or curated baby products.

Candles included in hampers are gift items only and must not be lit during the event. Any decorative candlelight used in the room will be LED for safety.

Our baby shower packages may include food and drink elements depending on the package you choose.

The Signature Edit includes a self-service mocktail station, grazing table and cupcakes.

The Luxe Edit includes enhanced versions of these food and drink details.

Cupcakes are outsourced through a partner. Grazing tables are also arranged through an external partner where included or added. Allergen information can be provided for food and drink items arranged by us or our suppliers.

Customers are welcome to bring their own cake, but we must be informed in advance. We can lay out a cake stand or cake table styling where agreed.

Customers may also bring their own food with prior agreement. Any food brought by customers remains their responsibility, including storage, serving, allergens and suitability for guests.

The Celebration Edit does not sell, supply or serve alcohol. Customers may request permission to bring their own alcohol, but this must be agreed in writing before the event and remains subject to venue rules, responsible consumption and our right to refuse.

Our packages are designed around clear guest numbers:

• Little Moments Edit: up to 6 guests
• The Signature Edit: up to 12 guests

The maximum number we can handle in the room is 24 guests, but this is not a standard package size. Larger guest numbers may require additional charges and must be agreed in advance.

Babies do not count as guests. Children do count as guests and remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian throughout the event.

Our baby shower room is located upstairs and is accessed via an outdoor spiral staircase. Because of this, the room is not suitable for wheelchair access or pram access.

There are two toilets available on site, along with kitchen facilities including a sink, wash basin, fridge, freezer and kettle.

Guests are not permitted to enter the room earlier than the booked room hire start time, as setup may still be taking place. Guests are welcome to gather in the large car park before the event begins.

All baby shower bookings are enquiry-first. This allows us to check your preferred date, guest numbers, styling theme, package choice and any extra details before confirming your celebration.

A 30% deposit is required to reserve your date. The deposit is non-refundable, but it can be transferred once to a new available date if at least 1 month’s notice is given.

Your booking is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.
