What happens if something is damaged?

Please let us know about any spills, breakages or damage as soon as possible so we can help. Customers may be responsible for damage caused to the room, decor, equipment, tableware, props or styling items during their booking.

Who is responsible for children?

Children remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian throughout the event.

Can candles be lit during the event?

No. Candles included in hampers are gift items only and must not be lit during the event. Any decorative candlelight used in the room will be LED for safety.

Will guests be photographed?

Our standard approach is to photograph the styled room and setup, not guests. If any guest or person appears in content, this would only be shared with appropriate permission.

Will personal details be shown in photos?

No. We will make sure personal details are not shown in public content, or they will be edited out before use. This may include names, dates, private messages, addresses or any other personal details visible in the room styling.

Will photos be taken of the room?

Yes. Photographs of the styled room may be taken as standard. We use room and setup photos to show our work, styling and celebration space. Any identifiable decorations (Such as named banners) will be intentionally blurred out to retain the privacy of the party. If a party has a reason to disagree with us taking pictures, we must be made aware in writing via email.

What must stay in the room?

Please leave the following items in the room: Room decor, props and display pieces Balloon stands, frames, arches and backdrop structures Table runners, cloths, trays, boards, jars, vases and display items Artificial flowers, greenery and styling accessories Signs, easels, stands and holders unless agreed in advance Cups, glassware, tableware and serving pieces Bluetooth speaker, lighting and room equipment Unopened stock, spare stationery or styling materials

What can guests take home from a baby shower?

Their completed game cards Prediction cards Advice cards Personal gifts brought for the guest of honour Items included inside the hamper Guest favours, if included Food items provided for guests, where appropriate Personalised keepsakes that have been specifically prepared for the celebration Any items clearly marked as take-home gifts

Can guests take decorations home?

Most room decorations, props and styling items must stay in the room. These are part of The Celebration Edit’s styling stock and are reused for future celebrations. Hampers and any other items that are fine to take home will be intentionally highlighted and marked with the party notified in advance.

Can we add a guest book or memory jar?

Yes. Guest book stations and memory jars are available as add-ons. These are especially lovely for baby showers, naming days, bridal showers, family gatherings and more memory-led celebrations.
