Yes, your booking can remain flexible until the final month before your event.

If you need to reduce your guest numbers, please let us know as early as possible so we can adjust the details where possible.

For changes requested less than 30 days before the event, we reserve the right to keep the booking at the original agreed guest number. This is because costs may already have been incurred for your celebration, including styling, food, drinks, tableware, games, supplier items, personalised details and preparation time.

We will always try to be fair where possible, but late reductions may not reduce the final balance.
