Do you provide allergen information?

Allergen information can be provided for food and drink items arranged by us or our suppliers, such as grazing tables, drinks or cupcakes. If customers bring their own food or cake, they are responsible for allergen information and suitability for their guests.

Do you provide alcohol?

No. The Celebration Edit does not sell, supply or serve alcohol. Customers may request permission to bring their own alcohol, but this must be agreed in writing before the event and remains subject to venue rules, responsible consumption and our right to refuse.

Can we bring our own food?

Yes, customers may bring their own food with prior agreement. Any food brought by customers remains their responsibility, including storage, serving, allergens and suitability for guests.

Can we bring our own cake?

Yes. Customers are welcome to bring their own cake, but we must be informed in advance. We can lay out a cake stand or style a cake table where agreed.

Who arranges the grazing tables?

Grazing tables are arranged through an external partner where included or added. Allergen information can be provided for grazing tables arranged by us or our suppliers.

Who makes the cupcakes?

Cupcakes are outsourced through two different partners. Allergen information can be provided for cupcakes arranged by us or our suppliers.

Are mocktails served by staff?

No. Mocktails are self-service. They are styled as part of the room setup where included in the package or added as an extra.

Do your packages include food and drink?

Food and drink inclusions depend on the package selected. The Signature Edit includes a self-service mocktail station, grazing table and cupcakes. The Luxe Edit includes enhanced versions of these food and drink details. The Little Moments Edit includes a tea and coffee station but does not include mocktails, grazing or cupcakes as standard.

Are there toilets on site?

Yes. There are two toilets available on site. There are also kitchen facilities including a sink, wash basin, fridge, freezer and kettle.

Is the room pram accessible?

Unfortunately, no. The room is upstairs and accessed by an outdoor spiral staircase, so prams cannot be brought up to the room. Guests may leave prams safely in their vehicles if suitable.
