Is the room wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately, no. Our celebration room is located upstairs and is accessed via an outdoor spiral staircase. Because of this, it is not suitable for wheelchair access.

Is parking available?

Yes. Evegate Artisan Business Park has a large car park that guests can use when attending a celebration. Guests may gather in the car park before the event start time, but the room itself will only be available from the agreed room hire start time.

No. The Celebration Edit provides a styled room experience. This means we set up the room before your arrival and clear down afterwards, but the event itself is not a fully hosted party. You and your guests have the space to enjoy privately during your booked time.

Is setup and clear up included?

Yes. Setup and clear-up are included in our packages. We prepare the room before your arrival and clear down afterwards, so you do not need to worry about setting up the space or packing everything away at the end.

Can guests arrive early?

No. Guests cannot enter the room before the booked room hire start time. Setup may still be taking place before your booking begins, so early access is not available unless specifically agreed in writing. Guests are welcome to gather in the large car park before the event start time.

How long is room hire?

Standard room hire is 3–4 hours, depending on the package and booking details agreed. This gives you time for guests to arrive, enjoy food and drinks, play games, take photos, open gifts if you wish, and enjoy the celebration without feeling rushed. We do offer options for those who would like the room for half the day or even the entire day.

Can I remove guests from my booking?

Yes, your booking can remain flexible until the final month before your event. If you need to reduce your guest numbers, please let us know as early as possible so we can adjust the details where possible. For changes requested less than 30 days before the event, we reserve the right to keep the booking at the original agreed guest number. This is because costs may already have been incurred for your celebration, including styling, food, drinks, tableware, games, supplier items, personalised details and preparation time. We will always try to be fair where possible, but late reductions may not reduce the final balance.

Can I add extra guests after booking?

Additional guests may be added from £20 per person (Depending on the celebration and add-ons selected), subject to room capacity, package inclusions and availability. Please let us know as early as possible if your guest number changes, as this may affect food, drinks, seating, tableware, games, favours and styling.

Do children count as guests?

Yes. Children over the age of 12 do count as guests. Children remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian throughout the event.
